Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a retail store as a Store Manager or in a similar designation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, cash handling, and audit procedures.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (POS systems, MS Excel, email, and reporting tools).

Physically fit to manage day-to-day store operations and floor supervision.
Ensure smooth daily store operations by maintaining opening hours, cleanliness, visual merchandising, security, and excellent customer service in line with company policies.
Drive sales performance by achieving daily/weekly targets, managing stock effectively, promoting new and slow-moving merchandise, and initiating approved local promotions.
Achieve 100% or more in Pairs/Turnover Sales as per the Company`s Seasonal/Yearly Estimate for the Store.
Maintain accurate stock, cash, and accounting records; ensure timely bank deposits, audit compliance, and submission of reports to Head Office.
Constantly improve Store Managers` proficiency and motivation, and maintain a sound human relations climate.
Lead, train, and supervise store staff through scheduling, performance monitoring, meetings, and adherence to company standards and instructions.
Safeguard company assets by controlling inventory age, maintaining furniture and fixtures, handling customer claims, and ensuring proper receiving, dispatch, and transfer of merchandise.
