Must have at least 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage / Dairy Product Manufacturing.
Capable to handling ERP Software will be an advantage.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and records
Have computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel
Have Negotiation skill, communication skill, supplier relationship management, analytical skill
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Supervise daily store and warehouse operation
Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage& issuance of materials and goods
Maintain accurate inventory records
Monitor stock level, temperature check and ensure optimum raw material and goods’ availability.
Conduct regular stock count
Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes.
Inspect received goods for quantity and quality
Supervise warehouse assistants and staffs
Maintain stock register and warehouse documentation
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
