Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the supply chain of automobile spare parts for the warehouse.
Monitor and maintain all spare parts inventory and stock levels.
Conduct and maintain monthly, quarterly and yearly inventory audits.
Prepare order forecasts and coordinate spare parts collection.
Receive new spare parts and lubricants, conduct physical counting, and submit final reports.
Prepare and maintain periodic reports on sales performance, inventory status and parts movement.
Ensure all procurement and distribution-related documentation is properly updated in the system.
