Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. As enterprise AI adoption accelerates globally, the Databricks Marketplace serves as a core engine for third-party innovation, enabling organizations to discover, share, and commercialize data assets, AI models, and applications. We are looking for an Operations Lead to own and scale the end-to-end operational engine behind our Marketplace. In this high-visibility position, you will establish operational excellence across partner and transaction approvals, marketplace health, deal desk support, catalog integrity, and partner and customer retention initiatives.
This role is for a hands-on builder who is as comfortable running operations as building the tools behind them. Beyond running day-to-day workstreams, you will actively architect and deploy tools, automations, and AI-driven workflows to scale the platform. Partnering cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Field leadership, you will remove friction, shape our Marketplace product, and help guide our go-to-market direction. This is an individual-contributor role today, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the Marketplace scales.
