The Team

Our Login and MFA team owns the most consequential surface in software: the exact moment someone proves who they are. Getting this right means designing security that's invisible when it works, flows that guide without friction, and experiences that people trust without thinking twice. We're looking for a designer who obsesses over the details that make that possible.

You'll join a distributed and diverse team of designers who see design as both craft and catalyst. We believe design is never static, it evolves with our users, our products, and our own curiosity. Some days that means diving deep into research and validation, others it's refining existing flows, and often it's imagining bold new ways to move our product forward.

Our team thrives on collaboration and feedback. We learn from one another, challenge ourselves to raise the bar, and create space to experiment and grow. Designers here have real ownership, influencing product direction alongside engineering and product management while shaping experiences that reach millions of people worldwide.

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between:

$140,000—$192,500 CAD
