Staff Accountant II, Financial Reporting & Accounting Policy

We currently have an exciting opportunity for Staff Accountant ll - Financial Reporting and Accounting Policyto join the Tailored Brands Accounting team. The Staff Accountant II will report to the Manager, Financial Reporting & Accounting Policy. This is a remote position.

The Staff Accountant II will be responsible for assisting with key components of the external reporting process, including preparation support, tie-outs, and documentation for SEC filings (including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and related disclosures), as well as assisting with the quarterly earnings release. In addition, this role will be responsible for preparing journal entries and account reconciliations, contributing to internal reporting, and supporting technical accounting analysis, with exposure to areas such as equity and share-based compensation.

This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with FP&A, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Corporate Accounting, while gaining hands-on experience in public company reporting, SEC compliance, and technical accounting as well as assisting with monthly internal management reporting. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, execution-focused, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven reporting environment.
