Sr.Executive (Accounts & Finance)

We are looking for some dynamic and energetic people for the accounts department of manufacturing FMCG based.

Job Responsibilities are given below:

• Verify all sales transaction, Order, deliveries are accurately invoiced and recorded in the Software.
• Ensure price lists, discount policies, promotional Schemes and contractual agreements without unauthorized deviations.
• Audit sales invoice and transaction for correct calculation & collection of applicable Taxes & VAT.
• Review Adherence to company credit policies, ensuring that sales orders to overdue or high-risk customers are properly approved before dispatch.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue balances, Provisioning practices, and collection efficiencies.
• Audit the issuance of credit notes (for sales returns, damaged goods, or price adjustments) and debit notes to ensure they are backed by authorization & supporting documentation.
• Audit trade promotions. Volume rebates, Dealer Commissions, and distributor discounts to ensure they comply with approved company policies and are properly supported by proof of performance.
• Verify calculations for sales team Commissions, performance bonuses, and channel partner incentives against actual achieved sales targets.
• Reconcile physical dispatches and delivery challans with billed sales to ensure to goods leave the warehouse or depot without corresponding invoices.
• Inspect the process for handling customer returns, ensuring returned Goods are properly accounted for, inspected , and credited correctly.
