We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Sr. Web & Graphics Designer who has strong professional experience in Web Design, WordPress, Laravel, Shopify/E-commerce Development, and Graphic Design.
The ideal candidate should be capable of developing professional, responsive, user-friendly websites and e-commerce platforms while also handling high-quality graphic design requirements. Experience working with clients, managing projects, solving technical/design challenges, and mentoring junior designers or students will be highly valued.

🌐 Web Design & Development
✔️ Design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
✔️ Develop and customize websites using WordPress and related technologies.
✔️ Strong practical experience with Laravel-based web projects.
✔️ Develop and customize Shopify e-commerce stores and websites.
✔️ Customize WordPress themes, plugins, layouts, and website functionalities.
✔️ Develop professional e-commerce websites with proper product, category, checkout, and payment-flow structures.
✔️ Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
✔️ Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other relevant web technologies.
✔️ Optimize websites for performance, usability, SEO-friendly structure, and user experience.
✔️ Troubleshoot website errors, bugs, compatibility issues, and technical problems.
✔️ Integrate third-party tools, APIs, payment gateways, forms, analytics, and other required services.
✔️ Maintain, update, and improve existing websites and e-commerce platforms.
✔️ Convert design concepts/wireframes into functional websites.
✔️ Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand website requirements and project objectives.
🎨 Graphic Design
✔️ Create professional graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
✔️ Design banners, promotional materials, social media creatives, presentations, brochures, and other marketing assets.
✔️ Maintain consistent branding, typography, color schemes, layouts, and visual identity.
✔️ Work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and other modern design tools.
✔️ Create UI/visual assets that complement website and e-commerce projects.
✔️ Prepare graphics and web assets according to appropriate platform specifications.
✔️ Stay updated with modern graphic design, UI/UX, web design, and digital marketing trends.
👨🏫 Training & Mentoring
✔️ Provide practical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and students when required.
✔️ Conduct practical sessions/workshops related to web design, WordPress, Shopify, graphic design, and professional workflows.
✔️ Help students understand real-world website development and design projects.
✔️ Guide students in building practical portfolios and client-ready projects.
