Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HT/LT Switchgear, PFI, ATS, and Control Panel manufacturing or servicing. Must need 03 Years experience in Substation Installation Complete.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of breaker wiring (ACB, VCB, MCCB), magnetic contactors, relays, busbar fabrication, and panel layout design.
Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under production deadlines.
Assembly & Wiring: Assemble, wire, and connect HT/LT Switchgear, PFI Plants, ATS Panels, Control Panels, and distribution boards according to electrical drawings.
Testing & Inspection: Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and performing quality checks on manufactured panels before dispatch.
Maintenance & Support: Provide technical support, maintenance, and field service for client installations when required.
Diagram Interpretation: Read and execute single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematic diagrams, and control circuit layouts accurately.
Safety & Quality: Adhere strictly to electrical safety protocols and company quality standards during fabrication and testing.
