Job Summary

Back In Motion: American Health & Wellness Center is seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Sr. Operation Executive / Lead Operation Executive to oversee daily operational activities, coordinate with patients, manage administrative functions, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to ensure smooth clinic operations while achieving service and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
• Monitor and maintain employee attendance records.
• Coordinate with patients regarding appointments, services, and treatment schedules.
• Ensure effective communication with patients throughout their service journey.
• Explain and coordinate healthcare packages and services with patients.
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
• Build strong relationships with patients through excellent customer service.
• Conduct and participate in stakeholder meetings when required.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the operations team to achieve organizational goals.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely execution.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting clinic service packages.
• Coordinate activities across different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and manage the organization's social media platforms and online communication.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, customer service, healthcare, or a similar field.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in patient coordination or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to achieve operational and sales objectives.
