Collect, update, and renew all necessary licenses, certifications, and permissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with Factory Administration, Finance, Compliance, and Project departments to gather required documentation and process applications.
Regularly visit government regulatory offices to streamline processes, follow up on approvals, and build strong relationships with officials for smoother coordination on behalf of Akij Resource.
Monitor the status of applications, renewals, and updates for all regulatory documentation and address any gaps proactively; Perform periodic audits; Review potential compliance risks.
Implement corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings, compliance checks, and regulatory updates.
