• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field required
• Master’s degree or advanced technical training preferred
• 10+ years of engineering experience in product development, engineering systems, or process improvement
• Demonstrated experience implementing engineering methodologies, development frameworks, or quality systems
• Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) or similar structured design methodologies
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering initiatives or engineering transformation programs
