Sr. Manager/AGM - Service & Spare Parts (Commercial Vehicle)

ACI Motors Limited is looking for a Sr. Manager / AGM – Service & Spare Parts (Commercial Vehicles) to lead strategic growth, operational excellence, and nationwide service delivery.

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing service and spare parts operations, driving business growth, optimizing divisional budgets and resources, mitigating operational risks, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. The role will also require strong collaboration and alignment with internal teams, dealers, service partners, and other key stakeholders.

Major responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Business Growth: Formulate, refine, and execute long-term strategies, operational plans, and revenue forecasts for both service and spare parts management to achieve organizational business objectives.

• Leadership & Expert Advisory: Provide strategic leadership and technical expertise on service delivery, spare parts operations, planning, and innovative service development approaches across the division.

• Sustainable & Safe Service Execution: Lead high-level discussions on service and parts planning to ensure the implementation of safe, sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective operational strategies.

• Service & Parts Delivery Standards: Establish best-practice goals, service benchmarks, inventory quality standards, and KPIs to ensure clear expectations and seamless alignment with broader business goals.

• Governance & Risk Mitigation: Develop and enforce robust service and spare parts governance frameworks to identify, manage, and mitigate financial, supply chain, reputational, and operational risks.

• Process Optimization & Efficiency: Continuously monitor and evaluate service workflows, workshop performance, and spare parts supply chains to drive operational efficiency and initiate necessary improvements.

• Customer-Centric Lifecycle Strategy: Design and roll out short, medium, and long-term service and parts support programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of commercial vehicle fleet owners and key customers.

• Competitor & Market Intelligence: Track competitor service standards, pricing, and aftermarket strategies, presenting comprehensive analysis and actionable insights to senior management.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the Service & Spare Parts department and internal business units, including sales, supply chain, and central management.

• Financial Management & Cost Control: Direct and control divisional budgets, monitor spare parts inventory expenditures, and maintain operational costs in strict compliance with financial targets.

• Technical Documentation & Support: Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical publications, standard operating procedures, maintenance manuals, and spare parts catalogs.

• Performance Analytics & Reporting: Systematically review and analyze service performance and spare parts movement against tactical plans to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous growth.

• Special Assignments: Carry out any additional strategic or operational tasks as assigned by executive leadership.
