Three to five years in a manager or senior leadership role.
Hands‑on experience with HACCP, GMP, food safety, laboratory operations, quality systems, and factory quality management.
Experience in ice cream or frozen food manufacturing is highly preferred.
Deep knowledge of QA & QC and food safety management systems.
Understanding of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000.
Strong ability in microbiological, chemical, physical, and sensory testing.
Excellent root cause analysis, CAPA, problem‑solving, and risk assessment skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, BFSA, BSTI, and customer quality requirements.
Leadership, team management, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
Good skills in MS Office and quality management or ERP systems.
Experience in a well‑known frozen food, ice cream, dairy, or FMCG manufacturing company.
Professional. Training in HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 internal auditing, food safety, or related areas.
Proven ability to lead factory‑wide quality improvement and food safety projects.

Manage all QA & QC activities for frozen food and ice cream production.
Keep the factory in line with GMP, HACCP, SSOP, food safety, hygiene, and the quality management system.
Approve quality standards for raw materials, packaging materials, in‑process products, and finished products.
Supervise laboratory testing, sampling, inspection, and the release of materials and finished goods.
Maintain product specifications, quality parameters, SOPs, and inspection standards.
Monitor quality parameters during production and act if something goes wrong.
Carry out root cause analysis, CAPA deviation investigation, and complaint handling.
Ensure that sanitation, hygiene, pest control, and environmental monitoring programs work well.
Work with Operations, Production, R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to fix quality problems.
Manage product testing and quality checks for ice cream, frozen food, and related products.
Keep documentation, quality records, batch records, laboratory reports, and traceability systems.
Lead internal quality audits and support customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
Keep the factory compliant with BFSA, BSTI, and other legal rules.
Train, guide, and supervise QA & QC staff to build a food safety culture.
Push improvement so that quality failures, waste, customer complaints, and product deviations go down.
Any other task assigned by management.
