Responsibilities & Context

Develop and execute the annual and monthly sales strategy aligned with ABP.
Formulate Pricing strategy inputs and inventory optimization plans for projects to HOS.
Conduct Market mapping, TG profiling, and competitive intelligence reviews, share findings with HOS.
Achieve the monthly target as per ABP.
Manage and coach all supervised TLs to deliver team-level KPIs through structured performance management.
Develop and manage human capital- hiring , training succession planning for TLs, chair weekly, monthly performance review meetings, prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly cluster reports .
Ensure SQL/MQL pipeline quality- every prospect must have a project visit confirming TG, buying capacity and genuine interest.
Own key accounts, strategic investors and NRB client relationships for the cluster.
Lead NRB, HNI and industrial investors engagement, build broker and referral networks yielding measurable lead now.
Lead Major institutional, NRB and HNI sales personally and through supervised teams, establish strategic partnerships with brokers channel partners and referral networks.
