Sanji Automobiles Ltd., a reputed organization engaged in CNG & LPG vehicle conversion, CNG Re-Test is looking for energetic, experienced and target-oriented professional for Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – Sales & Marketing position.
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing Corporate & Retail Sales and Marketing activities for CNG/LPG vehicle conversion, equipment and spare parts sale and CNG Re-Test. The position requires extensive market visits, corporate client development, business generation and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Generate new corporate/B2B clients through regular visits to companies, Govt. offices, transport operators, fleet owners, institutions and other potential customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail customers.
Promote CNG & LPG Vehicle Conversion, CNG Cylinder Re-Test and related products/services.
Generate retail customers through market visits, promotional activities, referrals and local business development.
Prepare sales plans, maintain sales pipelines and follow up with prospective customers.
Conduct presentations and explain technical/service benefits, pricing and commercial proposals to clients as per company policies.
Coordinate with technical/workshop teams to ensure smooth customer service, conversion, re-test and after-sales support regularly.
Follow up with customers after service/conversion to ensure satisfaction and remind as well as address any problem.
Identify new market opportunities, competitors and changing customer requirements.
Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales and market reports to branch.
Handle customer queries, complaints and commercial negotiations professionally.
Participate in promotional campaigns, corporate meetings, exhibitions and other marketing activities.
Maintain proper customer databases, visit reports and sales records.
Perform any other sales and marketing responsibilities assigned by management.
