Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of Offer Letters while maintaining comprehensive and well-organized documentation. Proactively obtain, track, and retain customer acknowledgment copies to ensure proper record-keeping, compliance, and efficient follow-up.
- Bill and party creation in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Generate and process Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and other related sales documentation through the SAP system.
- Update, maintain, and monitor customer databases, sales records, and transaction information to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Input, verify, and manage all relevant operational and sales-related data within the SAP software system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports related to sales performance, customer activities, and operational metrics.
- Develop and generate various Management Information System (MIS) reports as required by Department Heads and Senior Management to support strategic decision-making
- Provide administrative, operational, and technical support for MIS functions and related business processes.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, and other relevant departments to collect, consolidate, and maintain accurate sales data.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and data management practices.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of reports, records, and system-generated documents for future reference and audit purposes.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of organizational data and information at all times.
