Sr. Executive (Interior Architect & Business Development)

Job Context

We are looking for an artful Interior Architect to undertake a variety of space design projects for our Shade Design Limited, which is a sister concern of Paramount Group. The Position will deal with business development, attract client and liaise with stakeholders to managing and executing the design.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design and architectural projects.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and generate project leads.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, proposals, quotations, and project follow-ups.

• Understand client requirements, project scope, budget, and translate them into suitable design solutions.

• Develop interior design concepts, space plans, layouts, mood boards, and material selections.

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, RCPs, and millwork details.

• Conduct site surveys and measurements and prepare drawings based on existing site conditions.

• Research and select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures considering design, quality, and budget.

• Conduct site visits, monitor project execution, and ensure implementation as per approved designs, drawings, quality, and timelines.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, decorators, and suppliers while managing multiple projects and maintaining project documentation.
