Proven experience in Odoo ERP Sales is highly preferred

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Executive – Business Development (Odoo ERP) to drive Odoo ERP sales and business development activities.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable Odoo ERP solutions, and converting prospects into successful clients.

Identify and generate potential leads for Odoo ERP solutions.
Research target markets and identify potential B2B clients.
Contact prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other business channels.
Understand clients’ business requirements and recommend appropriate Odoo solutions.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing and terms and close sales deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth project handover.
Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and follow-up activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
