We are a leading trims and accessories manufacturing company in Bangladesh, proudly serving renowned RMG factories and international buying houses. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive / Asst. Manager – Marketing & Sales to drive customer engagement, manage sales operations, and ensure seamless order execution across our diverse product portfolio.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote trims and accessories to RMG buyers and buying houses.

• Provide proactive customer support and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction.

• Monitor orders from development to shipment, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

• Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to align customer requirements with internal capabilities.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any commercial discrepancies.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, client visit reports, and performance updates to management.

• Any others task by management.
