7 to 14 years of proven factory maintenance and utility operational experience in continuous manufacturing environments.
Strong technical expertise in troubleshooting heavy industrial utility systems, electrical panels, and mechanical units.
Exceptional team leadership, decision-making, breakdown management, and communication skills.
Demonstrated track record of leading technical teams and driving 5S workplace standards.

Indigo Marble & Granite Ltd. is a leading Natural stone processing industry in Bangladesh. We are looking for energetic, result-oriented, and dynamic technical professionals to join our Factory Maintenance Team. Applications are invited for the following positions under our Maintenance Department:

Job Location: Factory Site (Utility Area)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise overall daily maintenance activities across factory machinery, power supply, generators, air compressors, and utility systems.
Formulate, implement, and track master preventive maintenance schedules for all utility units.
Coordinate with production management and maintenance engineers to resolve heavy breakdown issues rapidly.
Maintain comprehensive maintenance ledgers, spare parts inventory control, and equipment service histories.
Enforce strict adherence to industrial safety protocols, workplace hazard guidelines, and 5S standards.
