Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets for coal products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements, collect market information, and generate new sales opportunities.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions with customers.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of coal.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer demand, and pricing to support business decisions.
Prepare sales plans, sales forecasts, quotations, market reports, and regular sales performance reports.
Follow up on sales orders, payments, outstanding receivables, and customer complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proper communication, timely service, and effective problem resolution.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the Management.
Maintain accurate records of customers, sales activities, orders, collections, and market developments.
Perform any other sales and business development-related duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
