Responsibilities & Context

Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, utilities, security, cleanliness, and workplace services.
Manage office supplies, stationery, equipment, inventory, and visitor management.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers, including quotations, contracts, invoices, and service quality.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility-related requirements.
Arrange official transportation, accommodation, meetings, events, and other administrative activities.
Manage company vehicles, including allocation, fuel consumption, maintenance, documentation, and driver coordination.
Oversee fixed asset management, including asset records, tagging, allocation, verification, maintenance, transfer, and disposal.
Monitor administrative expenses and support budget and cost control.
Maintain administrative records, reports, and required documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Security, Procurement, and other departments on administrative matters.
Provide administrative support to employees and perform other duties assigned by management.
Work location will be: Gulshan, Police Plaza Concord.
