Sr. Executive (Accounts & Finance) - Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist daily vouchers, cash book, bank book, journal entries and related financial records accurately.

• Prepare and post Payment, Receive, and Adjustment Vouchers in the accounting system.

• Assist monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain Vendors / Contractors Ledger and ensure timely payment settlement and follow-up.

• Monitor project-wise expenses and support cost analysis reports.

• Assist VAT & TAX related activities (TDS/VDS), challan preparation and return submissions.

• Assist in payroll preparation, salary disbursement and attendance reconciliation.

• Assist periodic financial statements and management reporting.

• Assist internal and external audit activities by providing required financial documents.

• Any Other job assign by the management.
