Since 24 September 2017, Plan International has been responding to the Rohingya refugee influx in Cox’s Bazar with special focus on protecting girls and boys from violence, abuse, neglect, and exploitation; improving hygiene and sanitation; and restoring access to safe, quality, and inclusive education for refugee children and adolescents. Guided by our core values, we remain unwavering in our commitment to advancing children’s rights and equality for girls so that children, especially girls, and their communities can learn, lead, decide, and thrive.

The Role

The Specialist-P&C will act as the primary P&C focal point for Cox’s Bazar, providing support across Talent Acquisition, payroll, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management. The role will lead end-to-end recruitment, promote fair and inclusive hiring practices, and guide Hiring Managers and interview panels on effective selection processes. The position will also ensure accurate payroll, timesheet management, HR compliance, audit readiness, workforce planning for proposals, and workforce reporting, while supporting onboarding, staff development, and value-based, feminist leadership practices.
