Solutions Architect – AI Productivity Workforce

As a Solutions Architect at Tech One Global, you will be at the forefront of designing scalable, secure, and impactful technology solutions aligned with our business goals and client needs. You’ll serve as a bridge between stakeholders, business strategy, and technical delivery—ensuring solution architecture drives transformation, resilience, and long-term value.

Solution Design & Strategy

• Architect end-to-end technical solutions that directly support business requirements and strategic objectives
• Define solution blueprints, integration points, and technology standards across projects
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, cost-effective, and compliant with industry best practices

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with business units, technical delivery team, and project managers to refine requirements and scope
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders with clarity and empathy
• Lead architecture reviews, decision frameworks, and cross-track collaboration.
• Align IT architecture with organizational goals through continuous feedback and engagement

Project Execution & Governance

• Oversee project lifecycles, from concept to deployment and ongoing optimization
• Define architecture guardrails, delivery standards, and implementation quality metrics
• Establish and advocate for best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks
• Collaborate with project managers and delivery leads to align scope, timelines and technical risk mitigation.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay current and champion emerging technologies and assess their relevance to future enterprise business needs
• Analyze solution performance post-deployment and iterate for optimization and stakeholder satisfaction
• Contribute to architecture playbooks, reusable assets, and innovation sprints to drive technical evolution
• Promote innovation and efficiency in system design across the organization.
• Engage in peer reviews, mentoring, and cross-specialization workshops to uplift team capabilities
