Install and commission on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems
Ensure proper cable routing, dressing, and labeling
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance verification
Maintain electrical, occupational health, and site safety standards
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project teams
Submit regular work progress updates and site reports
Maintain tools, equipment, and installation materials at project sites.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar PV installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of electrical safety and field-level solar installation practices.
