Must have welding capability/skills (structure and pipe welding preferred)
Willing to work at the factory premises as required
Must be willing to work at any location and in any shift as assigned by the company

• Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related electrical components at residential, commercial, or industrial sites.

• Conduct routine inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems.

• Diagnose and repair faults in solar PV systems, wiring, and connected devices.

• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and company guidelines.

• Test system performance and prepare maintenance/service reports.

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding system usage.

• Coordinate with the engineering team for large-scale installation projects.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of solar components.

• Travel to different project sites as required.

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks related to solar mounting structures and support frames.
