Software Sales Executive - SaaS Platform

Responsibilities & Context

The Software Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's software products and services to new and existing clients. The position requires strong communication, customer relationship management, product presentation, lead conversion, and target achievement skills.

We are looking for a confident, energetic, target-oriented, and customer-focused sales professional who is passionate about technology and enjoys helping businesses find suitable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective clients to understand their business needs and software requirements.
Present and explain software products, features, benefits, pricing, and service packages to potential customers.
Conduct software demonstrations for prospective clients when required.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company-approved guidelines.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, demonstrations, and sales activities.
Update customer and sales information in CRM/software or designated company records.
Coordinate with the Software Support, Technical, Marketing, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Ensure timely collection/follow-up of payments where applicable.
Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management.
