Software Quality Assurance Engineer

The Role

This is a hands-on QA role where you will take ownership of quality across multiple live products and platforms.

You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify problems before our users do and maintain a high standard of release quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, cross-browser, and cross-device testing.

• Test REST APIs using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.

• Validate data integrity using SQL and PostgreSQL.

• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.

• Verify fixes and manage regression testing.

• Support UAT and release sign-off.

• Work closely with developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Contribute to QA standards, release checklists, and documentation.

• Support the progressive automation of high-value test scenarios.

Requirements

✅ 2–4 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.

✅ Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and negative testing.

✅ Practical API testing experience using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.

✅ Working knowledge of SQL and database validation.

✅ Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

✅ Experience testing web and Android applications.

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✅ Excellent attention to detail.

✅ Good written and verbal English communication skills.

• Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium

• Appium

• JMeter or k6

• CI/CD and GitHub Actions

• Docker or Kubernetes

• Experience with CRM or enterprise software platforms
