Bachelor`s/Master`s degree in CSE, IT, BBA, Accounting, Finance, Management, Engineering or relevant discipline.
Experience in RMG/Textile, Manufacturing, Accounts, HR & Payroll, VAT/Tax, Commercial, Inventory or Procurement ERP will be highly preferred.
Good understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and business processes.
2–7 years of relevant experience in ERP/Software Implementation, Business Analysis or Project Coordination.

Coordinate with BA, Development, QA, Deployment and Support Teams.
Prepare implementation plans, reports and project documentation.
Identify process gaps and recommend effective software solutions.
Support customization, enhancement and change-request management.
For Assistant Manager level: supervise implementation team members and support project planning and delivery.
