However, freshers and candidates without previous experience are also encouraged to apply if they have good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Good communication skills in Bangla are required.
Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
Must be comfortable using Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
Must have basic computer and smartphone skills.
Ability to communicate with customers patiently and professionally.
Must be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Respond to customer messages through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
Communicate with customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
Provide accurate product information and answer customer questions.
Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Confirm customer orders and collect necessary delivery information.
Maintain proper records of confirmed orders.
Handle customer complaints and basic support-related issues professionally.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team regarding confirmed orders.
Maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
Create engaging and creative social media content for the brand.
Create short-form video content, reels, posts, stories, and promotional content.
Assist in planning and maintaining a regular social media content schedule.
Follow current social media trends and develop relevant content ideas.
Help improve audience engagement and brand visibility through creative content.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create promotional content.
Maintain consistency in the brand's visual style and communication.
Perform other content-related tasks assigned by the management.
