Social Media & Graphics Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a stylish, visual-first Social Media & Graphics Specialist to elevate our boutique fashion brand online and lead our Facebook presence. In this role, you will design high-end visual assets, showcase new collection launches, and drive customer engagement through daily Facebook management—from curating aesthetic feeds to handling buyer DMs and inquiries.

Position: Social Media & Graphics Specialist (Boutique Fashion & Facebook Lead)

Key Responsibilities:

Boutique Facebook Page Management & Sales Support

• Page Maintenance: Manage daily operations on our Facebook page, keeping shop details, cover assets, and profile layouts fresh and aligned with current seasonal collections.

• DM & Community Commerce: Promptly answer customer inquiries regarding sizing, fabric, pricing, shipping, and order status via Facebook Messenger and post comments.

• Content Scheduling: Maintain a weekly content calendar using Meta Business Suite to ensure timely posts, product highlights, and collection drop announcements.

• Facebook Shop & Tagging: Tag featured boutique products in posts and maintain the Facebook Shop catalog for seamless browsing.

Fashion Graphics & Visual Design

• Brand Assets: Create high-quality promotional graphics, collection banners, lookbook slides, and promotional sale announcements.

• Content Formats: Produce eye-catching static posts, carousel posts showing product details, and short video reels/Stories (unboxings, styling tips, try-on previews).

• Asset Optimization: Ensure all visual assets are formatted crisp and clear (PNG/JPEG) for mobile and desktop feeds.

Content Strategy & Analytics

• Fashion Copywriting: Draft engaging, brand-consistent captions with strong calls-to-action (CTAs) that encourage shoppers to buy or visit the shop.

• Performance Tracking: Review Facebook Insights to track engagement rates, click-throughs, and top-performing visual styles to refine future posts.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current fashion aesthetic trends, seasonal shifts, and Meta platform features.
