Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in leadership and project management.
Preferably candidates with hands-on experience in SMT (equipment & processes).
Strong team player with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in programming (Python, SQL, JavaScript) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Able to work independently, align with team goals, and lead by example.
Flexible, cost-conscious, and committed to continuous improvement.
