Site Engineer (Interior works)

Job Context:

Nagorik Architecture & Construction is looking for well-organized and dedicated Site Engineers with strong leadership skills to join our growing team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing different aspects of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, ensuring quality standards, maintaining health and safety compliance, and preparing reports for relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively with various professionals and develop work schedules to ensure projects are completed within the required deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organizing and directing contractors, vendors and workers to ensure highest standard of quality.

• Preparing quantity estimates and requisition for appropriate materials.

• Ensuring that sites are safe and clean.

• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.

• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.

• Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.

• Drawing up work schedule to meet deadlines and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.

• Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to managements.

• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.

• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
