Bachelor`s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field with practical experience.
Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of sourcing and shipping experience within the apparel industry, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of global supply chains, supplier negotiations, shipping, freight, and logistics operations.
Familiarity with textile and garment production processes, quality control, and compliance standards.
Proficiency with supply chain software, ERP systems, and logistics platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
