Experience: Minimum 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in sewing machine maintenance within a large-scale apparel.
Brand Experience: Must be JUKI.
Trained by JUKI or certification by JUKI personnel will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Supervise and lead a team of junior sewing machine mechanics and maintenance technicians.
Develop and implement routine preventive, predictive maintenance.
Minimize machine downtime and ensure maximum machine availability across production lines.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, mechanical adjustments, and precise timing fixes on complex sewing machinery.
Manage stock levels of critical spare parts, needles, and machine oil.
Collaborate with Production, Industrial Engineering (IE), and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to execute flawless production layouts.
