Sewing In-Charge (Kint & Woven)

Supervise and manage daily sewing production activities.

Ensure production targets are achieved according to the production plan.

Monitor sewing line efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Allocate operators and machines according to production requirements.

Ensure proper machine setup, line balancing, and smooth workflow.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, IE, Cutting, and Finishing departments.

Identify and resolve production problems, bottlenecks, and quality issues.

Monitor absenteeism, manpower requirements, and operator performance.

Ensure garments are produced according to approved samples, specifications, and quality standards.
