Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a relevant technical field from a recognized institution
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in construction machinery servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, Auto Electrician, machinery troubleshooting.
Ability to work at different project & customer sites in Bangladesh.
Experience working with foreign / Japanese management will be an advantage.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to train and supervise local technical personnel.
Installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance and repair of construction machinery.
Diagnose mechanical and technical problems and perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of construction equipment.
Handle machinery breakdowns and provide timely technical solutions at customer/project sites.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records and technical reports.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and the company’s technical team regarding machinery-related issues.
Provide technical guidance and training to local technicians/operators on proper operation, maintenance and safety procedures.
Support spare-parts identification and technical requirements related to machinery servicing.
