SEO Specialist - Team Lead

Gadget & Gear is looking for an experienced, analytical, and results-driven SEO Specialist – Team Lead to lead our organic growth initiatives.

Founded in 2011, Gadget & Gear is an Apple Authorized Reseller and one of Bangladesh’s leading multi-brand technology retailers. With 25 premium outlets across Dhaka, Narayanganj, Chattogram, and Sylhet—along with a nationwide e-commerce platform—we are committed to making genuine technology more accessible to customers throughout Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with the company’s traffic, revenue, and brand-growth objectives.

• Manage, mentor, and guide the SEO and content team by assigning tasks, reviewing output, setting KPIs, and ensuring timely execution.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and work closely with developers to resolve crawling, indexing, rendering, site-speed, Core Web Vitals, canonicalization, schema, and other technical issues.

• Plan and execute keyword strategies for product, category, brand, campaign, store-location, and informational pages based on commercial value and search intent.

• Optimize product and category pages, metadata, headings, URLs, images, internal links, filters, faceted navigation, and on-page content.

• Build scalable SEO processes for a large e-commerce website containing hundreds of products, brands, and categories.

• Develop content briefs and review website content to ensure accuracy, originality, helpfulness, brand consistency, and search performance.

• Strengthen Gadget & Gear’s visibility across traditional search engines, featured snippets, AI-generated search results, answer engines, and local searches.

• Implement and validate structured data such as Product, Offer, Review, Breadcrumb, Organization, LocalBusiness, and FAQ schema where appropriate.

• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, engagement, conversions, revenue, and return on investment using GA4, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.

• Conduct competitor analysis, identify content and keyword gaps, and turn findings into actionable growth opportunities.

• Lead ethical authority-building and digital PR initiatives to earn relevant, high-quality mentions and backlinks.

• Collaborate with the e-commerce, development, product, merchandising, retail, content, and digital marketing teams.
