We are looking for an SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate should have strong English writing skills and a good understanding of eCommerce products.
Job Context:
This is a hands-on, results-driven role owning organic growth end-to-end across our platforms and client projects. You will lead a small team of SEO and content executives, report to the CEO, and be accountable for measurable KPIs - traffic, rankings, AI-answer visibility, leads, and conversions - tracked continuously and reported weekly and monthly.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy: Develop and execute SEO and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Technical SEO: Own crawling, indexing, site structure, schema, Core Web Vitals, page speed, backlink building, site audits, broken-link fixes, and overall site health
On-page & Off-page SEO: Optimize page content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and structured data across large URL sets (10,000+ pages)
Creatives: Develop effective digital marketing creatives - banners, social posts, graphics, and ad visuals aligned with campaign goals
AI-Driven Workflow: Use AI tools expertly to accelerate content, research, and automation while maintaining brand voice and quality
Content Strategy: Audit existing content and recommend which pages to update, expand, consolidate, repurpose, redirect, or retire
Content Management: Edit and update business and product information, blogs, and landing-page content when required
Research: Conduct advanced keyword, competitor, and SERP-intent research; map keywords to category and product URLs at scale
Campaign Management: Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn with clear ROI targets
Team Lead: Assign work, review output quality, and upskill junior team members
Track & Report: Prepare weekly and monthly reports with observations and practical recommendations
