SEO & Digital Marketing Expert

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and results-driven SEO/Digital Marketing Expert to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, analytics, and lead generation.

The candidate will be responsible for increasing website visibility, driving qualified traffic, improving search engine rankings, and strengthening our overall online presence.

Job Location: Malleus ENT Specialized Hospital Ltd. Shantinagar, Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

• Website management, content update, landing pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, images, and internal linking.

• Facebook page & Youtube channel management, Regular post publish with proper SEO

• Design Post contents like: poster, graphics, images etc.

• Develop and execute effective SEO and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.

• Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and overall SEO performance.

• Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including blogs, articles, and website content.

• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.

• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools to analyze performance.

• Track and report key marketing metrics, conversions, traffic, rankings, and ROI.

• Identify opportunities for improving website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.

• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, digital marketing techniques, and industry best practices.
