Senior Visual Designer

At Nvisio, we look for designers who can see the big picture. We need someone who can take a two-page text brief and translate it into visual language that works across every touchpoint – from a professional LinkedIn carousel to physical product packaging.

We aren’t looking for someone to just fill a layout, we need a Visual Problem Solver who can catch the smallest misalignment and stay ahead of design trends before they hit the mainstream. You should bring a mix of technical skills, a refined aesthetic taste, and a sense of humor to the studio.

• Campaign Architecture: You will lead the development of Key Visuals (KVs) and build the roadmap to ensure the aesthetic scales across digital, print, and social platforms.
• Media Fluidity: You will jump between designing sleek landing page UIs, technical print manuals, and high-impact social campaigns. You understand how to adapt a “vibe” to fit different platforms, knowing that what works for Instagram won’t necessarily work for LinkedIn.
• Product & Packaging: You will oversee how our clients’ products are presented to the world. This involves using KeyShot for initial staging and applying elite retouching skills to turn a raw render into a “hero” shot.
• Strategic Presentations: You treat pitch decks as a brand’s most important document. Rather than just formatting slides, you will digest the content to build a visual flow that wins the room.
• Modern Workflow: You understand the advanced use of Generative AI tools as accelerators to complement your skills, to generate custom assets and mood boards that elevate your original designs.
