We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of exceptional digital experiences for our products. As a senior member of the design team, you will drive innovative and user-centric designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, and business goals. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior designers, and championing design excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, personas, and journey mapping to define user needs and goals.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Create high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or related software).
• Develop design systems, style guides, and component libraries to maintain consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and design workshops to foster innovation.
• Advocate for the user by presenting designs and research insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and share best practices to inspire the team.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Experience designing for complex systems such as SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS) will be plus.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and data-driven design.
