Summary

Minimum H.S.C or equivalent in any discipline. (Educational qualifications may be relaxed based on overseas education and actual practical work experience).
Candidate must have professional training in the similar field.

Candidate must speak in Chinese & English to communicate with Effective communication, Collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the customers and higher management Independently.
Minimum 10 years of strong technical knowledge and work experience in a similar position in a Reputed company.
Candidate must have vast knowledge to operate and maintain the Chinese industrial machinery.

Lead and supervise the repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical servicing of factory machinery and industrial sewing equipment to ensure uninterrupted production operations;

Manage factory electrical systems, power distribution equipment, wiring, and electrical troubleshooting to maintain safe and reliable facility operations;
Lead the design, fabrication, modification, installation, and optimization of automated machinery, moulds, jigs, fixtures, and non-standard production equipment;
Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM), equipment inspection, spare-parts management, and maintenance control systems to reduce breakdowns and maintenance costs;
Support production engineering through process-flow analysis, line balancing, time studies, standard-time development, and productivity improvement initiatives;
Manage intelligent cutting-machine programming, nesting/marker preparation, and technical support for cutting operations and production planning;
Lead the development and implementation of handbag manufacturing processes, workmanship standards, technical specifications, and production-line improvement programs;
Coordinate with the Chinese parent factory`s technical team on equipment installation, commissioning, technical documentation, technology transfer, and process-standard alignment;
Lead and train the local technical and maintenance team, transferring technical knowledge and improving their independent equipment repair and troubleshooting capabilities.
