Proven track record in technical and integration analysis, eliciting business rules, data dependencies, and interface controls within poorly documented or unsupported legacy environments.
Ability to assess operational risks and develop business continuity and recovery plans.
Strong understanding of financial and general ledger systems, including Chart of Accounts and end-of-financial-year processes.
Demonstrated experience in government or public sector operations, specifically Machinery of Government (MoG) changes, government audit/security standards, privacy, records management, and procurement compliance.
