Senior Supply Chain Program Manager

• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering and rack integration teams to translate evolving hardware designs into operational preproduction and build readiness plans.
• Support Supplier Quality: Analyze supplier-performance trends, coordinate escalations, and track cross-functional quality and engineering issues through resolution.
• Operationalize ERP Workflows: Support adoption and stabilization of the team’s Oracle ERP processes, then identify improvements to planning, reporting, controls, and operational efficiency.
• Deliver Executive Insights: Create clear forecasts, operational reporting, and risk assessments for leadership review.
• Scale the Operating Model: Establish sustainable operational frameworks that expand production capacity while maximizing efficiency.

About the Department

The Infrastructure Engineering team builds and scales Cloudflare’s global network, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across hundreds of cities worldwide. Within Infrastructure Engineering, the Hardware Integration Operations team acts as the critical bridge connecting our global manufacturing partners, procurement teams, and capacity strategy. We manage the end-to-end flow of server and network hardware into fully integrated data center racks to support our growing global network. By working closely with external manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams, we ensure the infrastructure powering the internet is built, tested, and deployed efficiently, securely, and resiliently.
