Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients` conditions to the attending physicians.
Supervise, guide, and mentor junior staff nurses and nursing assistants on the floor.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
Ensure strict infection control and safety standards are maintained in the ward/unit.
Educate patients and their attendants about health maintenance and post-discharge care.
