Senior Staff Nurse (ICU/CCU/NICU)

• Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• BSc in Nursing will be given preference.

• Valid professional nursing registration is required.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Physiotherapy center, Chamber, Healthcare Startup

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Minimum 2 years of professional nursing experience is mandatory.

• Experience in ICU, CCU, and NICU is mandatory. Candidates must have practical working experience in all three departments.

• Previous experience in a reputed hospital will be highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Critical Care Nursing, Emergency Care, Patient Monitoring, Infection Control, and Patient Safety.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information System (HIS).

• Excellent clinical, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure critical care environment.

• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, professionalism, and patient-centered attitude.

• Willingness to work on a roster basis, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in ICU, CCU, and NICU.

• Experience in all three departments is mandatory.

Computer & Other Skills

• Proficient in MS Office and HIS.

• Strong knowledge of critical care nursing and patient monitoring.

• Skilled in ICU, CCU, and NICU nursing procedures.

• Good knowledge of emergency care, medication administration, infection control, and patient safety.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
