Senior Software Services Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Services Engineer to lead the dedicated CBS Team and ensure smooth implementation, go-live, production stability, client communication, controlled deployment, and timely resolution of Core Banking System (CBS) issues.

• Own day-to-day technical support and implementation coordination for Ansar VDP Bank.
• Analyze production incidents using SQL, application logs, accounting entries, and business-process evidence.
• Coordinate installation, configuration, deployment, release verification, rollback, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Manage incident escalation, client communication, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive actions.
• Review junior engineers` SQL queries, investigation notes, test evidence, and client responses.
• Maintain client-specific environment, module, interface, access, contact, and deployment documentation.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, DBA, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to resolve cross-layer issues.
• Support UAT, data migration verification, parameter setup, EOD/branch-close readiness, and go-live activities.
• Track SLA, issue ageing, recurring incidents, and operational risks; recommend permanent solutions and knowledge articles.
• Ensure secure handling of client data, credentials, and production access.
